IAll products are made fresh when you order, so please allow extra time for delivery. We believe that you get the best and freshest product that way.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for returns. The buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs (excluding items received damaged). All scents have been thoroughly tested. Scents and their strengths are personal and subjective so please keep that in mind when ordering. Products that have been custom blended are not returnable.
If your item was received damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. USPS requires all insured claims to have a photo proof of the damage. Please take the photos right away and send us a message with the photos attached and we will contact USPS and update you as we hear from USPS.
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing your order. Please also verify that you have given us the correct address before order is complete.
